In this Article, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings as given in A.R.S. § 44-1621: "loan," "pawn ticket," "pawn transaction," "pawnbroker," "pawnshop," "pledged goods," "pledgor," and "redeem or redemption." (Ord. No. G-4131, § 1, 1998)
