A change of location of a massage establishment shall be approved by the City Clerk, provided that the applicant is in compliance with all City ordinances and regulations and a fee of two hundred ten dollars is paid to the City Clerk. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Article, no massage establishment shall be operated or maintained at a location that has not been approved by the City Clerk. (Ord. No. G-1117, § 2; Ord.
