A non-refundable application fee in the amount of $290.00 shall accompany each application for an escort bureau. In addition to this application fee, the applicant shall pay the City Clerk the fee established by the Director of the State Department of Public Safety for the processing of State noncriminal justice fingerprints. This fee shall be paid for each person, after the first, required to submit fingerprints pursuant to Section 10-91. Upon approval an initial license fee of $130.00 shall be assessed. A renewal fee of $130.00 shall accompany each renewal application. A fee of $23.00 shall accompany each request for the issuance of an escort identification card. (Ord. No. G-2941, § 1; Ord.
