a. The City Clerk may establish the number of mail ballot election sites within the City that the City Clerk deems appropriate. The City Clerk may receive mail ballots, issue replacement mail ballots, issue provisional mail ballots, and assist voters at any mail ballot election site. Any mail ballot election site may also be used as an accessible voting location.

b. Any person who appears at a mail ballot election site no later than 7:00 p.m. on the date of the election may deposit a mail ballot, may obtain a replacement mail ballot, may be issued a mail ballot if election officials are satisfied the person is eligible to vote, or may obtain a provisional mail ballot.
