The Election Registrar shall not list in the City of Phoenix Register of Voters for any City election a person who has registered with the County Recorder of Maricopa County within twenty-nine days immediately preceding such election. The Election Registrar shall list any such person in the City of Phoenix Register of voters for the next election. (Ord. No. G-5390, § 1, 2009)
