Sec. 12-200. Notice of election.
This section is included in your selections.
Not less than ninety days prior to any City election, the City Clerk shall publish a notice of election, which shall contain at least the following information:
1. The date of the election.
2. The purpose of the election.
3. The latest date to register to vote in the election.
4. The earliest and the latest date to file nomination papers, if applicable.
5. The list of voting center locations, or information on obtaining the location of voting centers.
6. The days and hours during which the voting centers will be open, or information on obtaining the days and hours during which the voting centers will be open. (Ord. No. G-5390, § 1, 2009)
