Sec. 12-402. Duty to prepare and provide ballots; ballots and instructions to voters to be printed, delivered, and distributed at public expense.

a. The City Clerk shall prepare and provide ballots that contain the names of all persons whose name appears on the certified list of candidates, and any ballot measures.
b. All ballots and instructions to voters shall be printed, delivered, and distributed at public expense and shall be a charge against the City of Phoenix. (Ord. No. G-5390, § 1, 2009)
