Sec. 12-513. Inaccessible voting centers; accessible voting locations.
This section is included in your selections.
a. If the City Clerk determines that a voting center is inaccessible to disabled persons, the City Clerk shall provide for alternative means of voting according to established procedures.
b. The City Clerk may establish one or more accessible voting locations for use during the early voting period and at the voting centers. (Ord. No. G-5390, § 1, 2009; Ord. No. G-5560, § 1, 2010)
