Sec. 12-602. Marking rejected ballots; return of rejected ballots.

a. At the time of rejecting a ballot, other than an excess ballot, the Election Board shall write "rejected" and the cause of the rejection on the ballot. A majority of the Election Board shall sign each rejected ballot.
b. The Board shall return any rejected ballots to the City Clerk with the official returns. (Ord. No. G-5390, § 1, 2009)
