a. The Tax Collector and the participating hospitals shall have all the rights and obligations as stated in Section 14-555.

b. Nothing in this article may be read as a waiver of any rights the Tax Collector may have under the Code or by City Charter with regard to the ability to enforce and/or collect all monies owed by the participating hospitals except where expressly stated.

c. All other provisions in the Code or City Charter are applicable unless expressly stated otherwise. (Ord. No. G-5761, 2012; Ord. No. G-5849, 2013)
