In order to provide a formal forum for citizen review of the City’s diversity efforts regarding disability issues, and to serve as an advisory board to make recommendations to the Council, there is hereby created the Mayor’s Commission on Disability Issues (the "Commission"). The Commission shall be composed of volunteer citizens who shall be residents or employees of the City of Phoenix. (Ord. No. G-5720, 2012)
