A. A person who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.

B. Any licensee who violates any provision of this chapter is subject to a civil sanction of not less than $25.00 per violation nor more than $250.00 per violation; provided, that no person shall be charged pursuant to this subsection and subsection A of this section for the same offense.

C. The provisions of Sections 19-9 and 19-10 are remedial and are cumulative with the civil and criminal penalties of this section. (Ord. No. G-3706, § 6; Ord. No. G-5462, § 4, 2009; Ord. No. G-5619, 2011)
