Sec. 19-22. Initiation of petition.
This section is included in your selections.
The Police Department shall file a petition with the hearing officer that shall set forth the following:
A. The facts establishing compliance with the basis for the action under Section 19-21.
B. The name and address of each person described in Section 19-21(D).
C. An accurate description of the property, any identifying marks or serial numbers, the police identification number(s), the location where seized, and the person from whom seized. (Ord. No. G-3813, § 1; Ord. No. G-5619, 2011)
