A. A license may be transferred from one location within the City of Phoenix to another location within the City of Phoenix.

B. In the form prescribed by the City Clerk, the licensee shall submit such information as the City Clerk shall require in order to process a request for change of location.

C. The City Clerk shall process the change of location application through such departments as necessary to ensure compliance with all laws of the City, County, and State.

D. A nonrefundable fee of $95.00 shall be submitted with each application for a change of location.

E. The license transfer application shall be granted unless the application fee was not paid, there was fraud, misstatement or deception in connection with the application process, or the application is not in compliance with all laws of the City, County and State, in which case an order of denial shall be entered by the City Clerk and served upon the licensee by certified mail or hand-delivery.
