1. Interfering with the initiation, scope, timing or completion of the audit, the reporting on the audit, including the findings, conclusions, and recommendations, and the manner, means or timing of the City Auditor’s reports.

2. Interfering with the City Auditor’s right to access, inspect and make copies of records and documents, including records and documents maintained electronically, that relate to the department, office or program being audited. (Ord. No. G-5444, § 2, 2009)
