In order to provide a formal forum for citizen participation in the Phoenix Parks and Preserve Initiative, there is hereby created a City of Phoenix Parks and Preserve Initiative Oversight Committee (the "Committee"). The Committee shall be composed of volunteer citizens who shall be residents of the City of Phoenix. (Ord. No. G-4267, § 1, 2000)
