The Director of the Police Department shall be the sole supervisor of the duties of Reserve Police Officers, but may delegate such authority to regular Police Officers as is necessary for the proper functioning of the Police Reserve System. (Ord. No. G-904, § 1; Ord. No. G-5444, § 3, 2009)
