There is hereby created a Vision Zero Community Advisory Committee, hereinafter called "Committee." The Committee will provide feedback and recommendations regarding the Road Safety Action Plan ("RSAP") to both the RSAP Implementation Team and the Vision Zero Executive Task Force ("Executive Task Force").
