A. Six voting members shall constitute a quorum for the exercise of the powers and duties conferred upon the Committee.

B. The affirmative vote of a majority of the voting members present at a meeting shall be necessary to take formal action.

C. The Committee shall hold meetings as needed, but not less than quarterly.

D. Special Committee meetings may be called by the Street Transportation Department Director, Executive Task Force, or RSAP Implementation Team. (Ord. No. G-7069, § 1, 2023; Ord. No. G-7114, § 1, 2023)
