A. Recommendations and/or proposed ordinance changes shall first be considered by the Committee which may receive the advice of technical experts.

B. All proposed ordinance amendments shall first be considered by the Executive Task Force and/or the RSAP Implementation Team which may receive the advice of technical experts. The Executive Task Force shall determine whether to recommend the proposal to City Council. The Executive Task Force may modify the recommendation received from the Committee.

C. The Committee shall submit recommendations to the Executive Task Force as soon as possible or as recommended by the Committee. (Ord. No. G-7069, § 1, 2023)
