a. The terms of office of the members of the Commission shall be as follows: five members shall be appointed for a term of one year; five members shall be appointed for two years; five members shall be appointed for three years; and thereafter appointments shall be for a term of three years from the expiration of the original term of office.

b. Any member missing three consecutive meetings may be removed from appointment by the City Council.

c. Any vacancy occurring on the Commission filled by appointment by the City Council will be for the balance of the unexpired term. (Ord. No. G-3033, § 1; Ord. No. G-3048, § 1; Ord. No. G-6292, 2017)
