The Surface Transportation Advisory Committee shall consist of a minimum of eight members and a maximum of sixteen members appointed by the Mayor and City Council for terms of three years. The terms of members sitting on the Committee on the effective date of this ordinance shall be as specified in Ordinance No. S-18103. In the event of the death, resignation, removal or disqualification of any member, the City Council shall appoint a successor to serve the unexpired terms.
