City means the City of Phoenix, Arizona.

Commission means the Phoenix Youth and Education Commission.

Member means any youth member or voting member of the Commission.

Voting members means all Commission members other than youth members, except for the Youth Chair and Youth Vice Chair who are voting members.

Youth members means the Commission members appointed in accordance with Section 2-823, each of whom must be between the ages of 17 and 21 at the beginning of each term. (Ord. No. G-5834, 2013; Ord. No. G-6996, § 1, 2022)
