The Chief Presiding Judge shall promptly remit, but not less than once each week, to the City Treasurer all fees, fines, penalties and other monies collected by them since their prior settlement with the City Treasurer and take the Treasurer’s receipt therefor. (Ord. No. G-1883, § 2)
