Sec. 2-93. Appeal.
This section is included in your selections.
1. In a criminal case, either party may appeal from the City Court to the Superior Court in the same manner as provided by rules promulgated by the Arizona Supreme Court.
2. Either party may appeal the judgment of the court in a civil traffic case in the same manner as provided by rules promulgated by the Arizona Supreme Court. (Ord. No. G-2578, § 7)
