A. It is unlawful for the operator of a pedicab to charge a passenger a fare that was not agreed upon with the passenger in advance.

B. It is unlawful for the operator of a pedicab to demand a fare from a passenger after agreeing to provide the service for a gratuity only. (Ord. No. G-5192, § 1, 2008)
