Sec. 23-50. Burial of the dead.

It is hereby declared to be a nuisance and it shall be unlawful for any person to bury the body of a human being within the corporate limits of the City except in a cemetery organized and conducted in conformity with the laws of the State. (Code 1962, § 27-9)
