Sec. 23-87. Bootblacks—Authority of Chief of Police; revocation of permit.

The Chief of Police, relative to bootblacks, shall have the power and duty to establish rules and regulations for the conduct of the business carried on by each specific permittee under the preceding section. The violation of such rules and regulations by any such permittee shall be grounds for the revocation of his permit. (Code 1962, § 27-5)
