No person may dump, deposit or leave any bottles, cans, ashes, paper, boxes, food, garbage or other waste in a City park, except for the disposal of such materials in proper receptacles provided by the City for such materials. If no receptacles are provided, or if the receptacles are full, all such materials shall be removed from the park by the person who provided them. (Ord. No. G-5144, § 2, 2008)
