The term of office of the members of the Library Advisory Board shall be for three years. The terms of members sitting on the Board on the effective date of this ordinance shall be as specified in Ordinance No. S-17643. Any vacancy occurring shall be filled by appointment by the Mayor, subject to the approval of the City Council, such appointment to be for the balance of the unexpired term. (Code 1962, § 30-2; Ord.
