Authority is hereby granted to residents of Maricopa County living beyond the corporate limits of the City to obtain books from the City library upon the fees and conditions prescribed by the City Manager. (Code 1962, § 30-8; Ord. No. G-759, § 1; Ord. No. G-2308, § 1)
