Sec. 27-29. Authority to enforce.

The Director will enforce the provisions of this chapter. In addition, the Director is authorized to abate conditions that in the opinion of the Director are incipient or are an imminent threat to the health or safety of any person or persons. (Ord. No. G-4623, § 1, 2004; Ord. No. G-5756, 2012)
