Sec. 27-48. Level of solid waste fees; no exceptions.
A. All dwelling units that are eligible for City service, as defined in Section 27-21, must pay the fees as established in subsection C of this section.
B. Solid waste fees must be paid monthly.
C. The monthly solid waste fees effective July 1, 2014, are set forth below:
