Pretreatment systems, devices, and facilities must be maintained continuously in satisfactory and effective operation by the user at the user’s expense. The user must keep records and documentation of all cleaning, repair, calibration, and maintenance required to demonstrate compliance with this section. Records and documentation must be available at the user’s facility or site for a minimum of three years from the date created and be made available to the Director upon request. (Ord.
