A. A Department representative will, upon presentation of credentials, have free access at all reasonable hours to any commercial or industrial premises connected to the City’s service area or connected to the City’s sewer system for purposes of assessing applicability of and compliance with the requirements of this chapter.

B. A Department representative, whose duty it may be to enter upon commercial or industrial premises to make inspections and collect samples or measure the quantity of wastes discharged to the City sewer, will be provided with credentials to identify them as authorized representatives for the Department.

C. No person, except a Department representative, will have or exhibit any credentials of the Department.

D. Any user or potential user must allow all inspection, monitoring, and access to records and documents, and other information reasonably needed by the Director to perform the duties required or needed under this chapter.
