The ownership of all public sewer lines, pumping stations, treatment facilities, and equipment and other appurtenances to the sewer system maintained, or accepted for maintenance, by the Department will vest exclusively in the City, and in no case will the owner of any premises have a legal or equitable right or interest to any part thereof except where otherwise provided in the City Code.
