A. The design, quantity, location, method of connection and size of all sewer taps are subject to the approval of the Director. All sewer connections will be installed in accordance with plans approved by the Director. Review fees will be paid as set forth in the City Code. Sewer taps may be connected to public sewers only, unless specifically authorized and approved by the Director.

B. Property when developed must be connected to the City sewer system. Sewer taps must extend at right angles from the main sewer to the property line and must be installed in accordance with the City design standards.

C. Permits for sewer taps will not be granted, and may be revoked, when the lateral sewer passes through property which at the time is or may become the property of persons other than the owner of the property to be served from such connection.
