An applicant for sewer service must submit the required application information in Section 37-84(A)(1) or (A)(2). If the information has been submitted for a water service application, the applicant for sewer service must provide the information relevant to sewer service on the existing application if the applicant is requesting sewer service at the same address as the water service application.
