No person may intentionally or knowingly deface, damage, use without authority or interfere with any component or facility of the POTW. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor and any such violation constitutes a separate offense on each successive day the violation continues. (Ord.
