A. In addition to other rates and charges set forth in this chapter, the following sewer environmental rate for customers receiving City sewer service located within the City will be charged monthly:

B. All customers served directly by the City and located outside the City limits will be charged monthly a sewer environmental rate in the amount of one and one-half times the sewer environmental rate for the same classification of service provided inside the City.
