The purpose of this Article is to provide for the licensing and regulation of the business of painting street addresses on curbs within the City of Phoenix. As used herein, the word "curbs" shall be deemed to include driveway access for motor vehicles from the street to private property. (Ord. No. G-3188, § 1)
