Sec. 31-122. Jurisdiction of Court.

A. Jurisdiction of all proceedings to enforce the provisions of this title [chapter] shall be in the Municipal Court of the City of Phoenix.
B. Civil Actions to enforce this title [chapter] may be adjudicated by a judge or a court hearing officer. (Ord. No. G-4035, § 2, 1997)
