A. All applicants shall pay a nonrefundable license fee of $150.00.

B. In addition to the fee required by subsection A, the applicant shall pay the City Clerk the fee established by the Director of the Arizona Department of Public Safety for the processing of state and federal noncriminal justice fingerprints.
