Except as otherwise provided in this Article, the provisions of this Article shall apply to the development of land for multifamily residential, commercial, and industrial uses, as defined in the City of Phoenix Zoning Ordinance, for the development subject to development review pursuant to Section 507 of the City of Phoenix Zoning Ordinance. The provisions of this Article shall not apply to the repair and reconstruction of damaged structures. (Ord. No. G-2223, § 1; Ord. No. G-3479, § 1)
