A. It shall be the responsibility of the subdivider to provide on the final plat such easements in such location and width as required for utility and/or Phoenix Building Construction Code purposes.

B. The following notation shall be placed upon all final plats which provide utility easements: "Construction within easements shall be limited to utilities, and wood, wire or removable section type fencing." (Ord. No. G-3588, § 2; Ord. No. G-5707, 2012)
