The subdivider shall meet informally with the Department to present a general outline of the subdivider’s proposal, including but not limited to:

A. Context plans and ideas regarding land use, street and lot arrangement, tentative lot sizes in accordance with the context plan checklist found in the Planning and Development Department Development Review Guidelines, and
