The Police Department shall keep a complete record of all bicycles taken into possession, which records shall contain a copy of the notice of disposition; a copy of the certificate of sale; the name and address of the purchaser and the amount paid by him; a statement of the costs of sale and advertising; the original affidavits provided for in section 36-125; and a copy of any letters or matters pertaining to the sale as required by this division.
