No person shall park a vehicle in the same place on a public right-of-way in excess of forty-eight consecutive hours after placement on the vehicle of written notification of the prohibition of this ordinance and of the fact that said vehicle may be removed under P.C.C. section 36-7. Said notification shall be placed by the Police Department in a reasonably conspicuous location on the vehicle. (Ord. No. G-2348, § 2; Ord. No. G-2896, § 1)
