The license provided for in section 36-98 shall be valid for the life of the bicycle unless there is a change of ownership. All bicycle licenses shall be appurtenant to the specific bicycle for which issued, and no other, and may not be transferred to or used on any other bicycle. (Code 1962, § 11-3; Ord. No. G-950, § 4)
