No person may place any object, material, debris, vegetation or structure of any kind within ten feet of, or in any way obstruct access to, a fire hydrant. No person may tamper with or damage a fire hydrant. No person may attempt to open or use a fire hydrant without a permit issued by the Department. (Ord. No. G-6741, § 2 (Exh. A), 2020)
